For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. 

We collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number, no information on consumers who browse our Web page. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address.  If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

With respect to Ad Servers:  We have partnered up with Adbrite to offer non intrusive ads at the bottom of some of our pages.

Refund policy

After the initial samples, if a customer is not completely satisfied with the logo samples, he can ask for a refund.  We will refund the amount paid for the selected package with 15% service charges deductions.

The refund request can only be made before the request of revisions to the initial logo drafts. 

If a customer does not reply to emails within a period of 45 days, the project will be considered abandoned and no return can be made at that time.

Refund Policy is only applicable for Logo Orders. This policy is not applicable on other additional design services provided by pwcwebmasters.com. Refund Policy is only applicable for one-time orders
.  This means that if a customer has already purchased a logo package and purchases a second one, he will not be eligible for a return on the second order.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

pwcwebmasters.com offers a free multiple revision facility on all logo packages.  Any customer, who approves the initial design samples, automatically gets entitled for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Through this guarantee, we will keep providing revisions until the customer is fully satisfied.  As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, we provide free coordination and help for off-set printing services of the designs we provide. Our trained customer support staff coordinates with the printing services providers, nominated by our customers and also provides any technical support they require.  Moreover, as part of our satisfaction guarantee, the moment a customer places an order at our site, we will allot a dedicated Account Manager to him. The Account Manager will guide the customer and answer for all his queries or concerns before and after placing an order.

 

Logo Registration

As we are not a patent service, we do not provide logo registrations.  As we have our client’s best interest in mind, our intentions to make original Logo is our top priority.  No responsibility is taken for a design which may be in use at present. Nevertheless, as we are all about customer support, we are ready to modify the Logo free of cost – up to 3 modifications – with the condition that you inform us about the predicament within three months of your payment.

 

Record Maintenance Policy

We keep a record of all the designs we provide to our customers. These designs can be produced for the clients whenever they require in any file size or format.

Customers can make payment at our website through any of the following methods:

Credit Card / Debit Card

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Payment through Paypal

you can also use Paypal as a payment method.

Order Status and Tracking

Once the client has completed the payment and provided us with a valid e-mail address he will receive an initial email confirming the order has been placed successfully.  From there, the client may continue correspondence via e-mail with his dedicated designer.
